Order Processed Successfully. Now What?


Your part is done! Now it's all up to us... please read fully to ensure there is no confusion.

We're convinced the shipping process is actually quite simple. When you order something, we'll send it to you. It needs to get there fast and safe. A good deal is one that’s good for everybody or it isn’t good for anybody!

What Happens Now: Once your payment has been processed, the items will be put into 15x5 QC testing to minimize chances of DOA. What this means is each part or kit is powered on for 15 minutes, 5 minutes off, 3 cycles. You will be notified when your order enters/completes this phase.

When We Ship: In-stock merchandise ships Monday, Wednesday or Friday depending on your order date, 15x5 QC completion, and providing we have payment confirmation before 2 pm (Eastern time) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Some bulky items may require special packing; please allow an extra 24 hours to process those orders. In extremely busy times, your order may ship in the next shipment day. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee shipping or delivery times. You will receive a tracking number  when your item has shipped which is trackable at

Delivery Times: Most Canadian orders are delivered within 10 business days after shipment via Expedited Parcel. International and United States customers usually take 7-14 business days to reach most destinations.

Canadian Interac Email Money Transfer: If you opted to pay by this option, detailed instructions have been sent to your registered email address. Your order will process once payment has been sent. If there are any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us as

In-person Pickup: This option must be prearranged with our staff prior to ordering. We will contact you at your registered email address to confirm. If you selected this in error, simply order once more with the correct shipping option. We automatically cancel "In-person Pickup" orders after 5 business days. Note that "In-person Pickup" is subject upon scheduled availability only.

Backorders: You will be notified if an item has suddenly become out of stock or discontinued; the balance of your order will ship immediately in most cases. You may cancel a backorder at any time!

    I have been trying to find out where my orders is.
    Tracking number:

    I have not received my flashlight yet.
    However a guy named Evan that lives in Brampton called me and said he opened
    a box and he has my light. It shows my billing and address information.
    His telephone number is 416-319-1501.
    He has been waiting also for a flashlight and hasn't received his.
    Can you let me know what is going on.?
